The Astronomical Society of Carlsbad is a group of local students with a desire to inspire. Based in Carlsbad High school, the members of the society hope to inform their peers and the local community about all things space and science. Members also want to keep the community informed about space launches and groundbreaking discoveries in the field. With so much bad going on in the world today, humanity has forgotten to take a moment and reflect. You will begin to notice most of all the problems in the world are minuscule. We hope to start a movement of inspiring everyone to take a moment and open their eyes. Soon enough you will notice that the universe is a beautiful place.
